Suzie White, Ph.D., is a professor and mom helping parents, students, and educators apply the latest brain science to feel better, connect more deeply, and thrive.
Suzie currently teaches at the University of Cincinnati, where she leads graduate-level courses in educational leadership, equity, well-being, and systems change. Before academia, she helped lead a non-profit that empowered parents to thrive. She was also a college counselor and teacher at a Cristo Rey high school in Boston.
Education
She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from NYU, a master’s in education policy from Harvard, and an Economics and International Studies degree from Wake Forest. She is also a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. Her personal mission is to translate powerful research into warm, actionable tools that help people show up as their fullest, kindest selves.
